Digital break-up
If you are affected by (cyber)stalking, it’s not your fault! Stalking is violence. Whoever does it is always responsible.
Digital break-up: Guide to safeguarding your privacy
When you break up, a digital connection to your ex-partner often remains. These connections can lead to them continuing to receive information about your life. It is important to sever these connections to protect your privacy.
If you are concerned about possible violence, seek help from a counseling center or contact the police in an emergency.
